Celebrates the success of remarkable screenwriter Patrick Jeffery

New York, NY, May 1, 2008- Alerte Carter & Associates (ACA) is proud to announce
their debut of a new Motion Picture and Sports Management firm. On Monday May 12th,
2008 the firm will make its highly anticipated debut with a star studded, invitation
only launch at The 40/40 Club. This event will recognize ACA's innovative steps in
the motion picture and sports industry and give a taste of the many talents that are
under this umbrella.

Jean Alerte & Beau-Guy Carter met while doing talent showcases. Individually they
were making many moves within the entertainment industry; Jean started ABM
Enterprises, a management firm that managed various talents utilizing
advertising/marketing strategies to platform artists to the public. Beau played a
major role for Def Jam's artist Chrisette Michelle, helping her to secure a
recording contract with LA Reid. After organizing many unsigned tours with their
artists, and constructing showcases with different acts, Jean and Beau decided to
unite and create Alerte, Carter and Associates, a one stop enterprise for artist
development, publicity and management; from writers to athletes, ACA will have the
resources to devote for a captivating campaign.

In addition to the company's official launch they will also be celebrating the
accomplishments of their client, Patrick Jeffery. ACA currently manages the career
of the remarkable screenwriter, who penned the story of the first African American
billionaire, \"The Reginald F. Lewis Story\", which has been sold to Paramount
Pictures and is currently in development.
